Crushing Lines
The Ghal’eh Bid mine employs two main processes for the extraction and processing of mineral materials: ore dressing and grading for vein-type materials, and magnetic separation for cauliflower-type materials. Currently, the mine operates at a suitable daily production capacity, with development plans underway to increase capacity. The details are as follows:
Current Production Lines:
– **Grading line for vein-type materials:** Active and operational.
– **Crushing line for vein-type materials:** Processes an average of 150 to 200 tons daily.
– **Magnetic separation line for cauliflower-type materials:** Active with a capacity of 100 tons per day.
Development Plans:
– **Two new magnetic separation lines** are under construction.
– Upon completion in 2 to 3 months, the processing capacity for cauliflower-type materials will increase to **300 tons per day**.
– Activities related to vein-type materials are expected to continue, with an average of **200 tons per day** extracted and graded.
These initiatives highlight the significant potential of the Ghal’eh Bid mine for optimal resource development and utilization.
